After serving Tomball, Magnolia, Spring, Cypress, and the greater Houston area for 25 years, I am excited to have opened a Guild Branch in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. My team and I are thrilled to now provide a quality customer experience to folks in the Houston market as well as those searching for homes in Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and surrounding areas.

Moving cross country for 2nd time in about 2 years was already stressful enough so the thought of going through the mortgage process again was daunting. Our realtor referred us to the Anderson team at Guild and they were everything we needed and more. The housing market in Houston is and was on fire and the process to get the house we wanted proved very challenging but these guys/gals kept up with our ever changing needs through the very end. Even after the closing was final (and it pushed by a week due to some disconnects on the appraisal) this team kept in contact with us to ensure we were good and even a gentle reminder of 1st payment due.
